Love Love Love

main-thumb-t-1800-200-lon8kkfhqfctckdt2gwalfgnc0jejhmvAs social network is getting more and more powerful, things are getting much more easier for us so that we can achieve things without going out, for example, we can socialize with friends through social network, it provides the similar outcome as actual going out with our friends and to talk about things; we can get consumer information through social network, so that we can make better consumer decisions without actually purchase the thing. It seems, that we can basically do everything without stepping out of our apartment and life will be easier ever since. However, there is one thing that cannot be achieved through our social network, which I am going to elaborate in the following paragraph.

As any human being, meet someone we love is essential, however, due to many reasons, it is sometimes hard to find the other half of our lives, therefore, social network has offered plenty of options for online dating for people having trouble looking for the love ones. However, I believe online dating that was offered by social network might be ineffective or even disadvantage for most of us to find the person we really want.

As LiveScience talks “A new study of romantic relationships finds that as online daters got to know another person over time, their initially sweet notions turned sour. The researchers suggest that inflated expectations can lead to major disappointments when daters meet in person. Once a flaw is spotted, the whole date is tainted.” Dating is suppose to be a romantic joinery, to discover and to seek for the loved ones with our face to face experience, but online dating took this opportunity away from us, it just basically “suggest” the person that we might like and that is based on series of calculation done by the computer to say that you might like the person they recommended. However, without truly meet with the person, you will never get the opportunity that relationship originally was for. Therefore, over time, the sense of boring will rise in our mind and the relationship will be tainted after all.

Unless you maybe date virtually so you never have to meet the other person, eliminating the “personal chemistry” problem. Interesting post.
